Care Volunteer Services provides:
Consistent and frequent friendly Home Visits to the elderly
by dedicated, sensitive and personable volunteers to improve
the quality of life of clients. The volunteers --
• Assist with and escort for shopping
• Accompany to doctors’ appointments
• Pay a friendly visit during the week
• Make a Shabbos visit
• Go for a walk
• Provide telephone assurance

Services
For Holocaust Survivors:
Ezer L’ Cholim Project for Holocaust Survivors sponsored
by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany
- offers guidance and assistance for Holocaust Survivors, including
all Project Care services plus:
• Luncheons
• Social Worker visits
• Emergency cash assistance towards - home health aides,
housekeepers, companions in the home or hospital, medical equipment
and adaptive devices, medical and dental bills, emergency rent,
and emergency utility payment (based on financial eligibility
requirements)
• Blue Card: Emergency Assistance to
meet the uncovered costs of medical care and a wide variety
of financial problems; Rental Assistance (limited) (Services
based on qualifications and requirements)
